Frequently Asked Questions

How and when do I pay?

We bill monthly on the 1st of each month. You can pay by debit/credit card or you can set up automatic bill pay for payment every four weeks.

What if the job is not done to my satisfaction?

We aim to remove 100% of the dog waste each time but if more than a pile or two is missed, please let us know and we will stop back out within a day to finish the job or your money back.

When will my yard be cleaned?

Your yard will be cleaned on the same day and around the same time every week. In order to keep your weekly rate low, we like to fit you into our schedule according to what area you live in.

What if there is damage done to my property?

We are fully insured with liability insurance. So, if we accidentally break something, we can be held fully accountable.

What if it rains?

We will still be there to clean your yard, rain or shine. If it is pouring rain, we may be delayed but will still try to make it same day.

Do you work during the winter months?

We work year-round, yes! If it snows and hides what we are looking for, that cleaning will be skipped and we will pick up where we left off on your next scheduled day. You will still be paying for the week or weeks skipped as there will be more waste to clean after the snow melts. This means that your monthly bill will remain the same as you enjoy your year-round dog waste removal service.

Can my dogs be outside while you are cleaning?

Yes! As long as they are not behaving aggressively or overbearing.

Will my yard be cleaned on a holiday?

We observe the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving. If your cleaning falls on a particular holiday we observe, then that cleaning will be skipped and we will pick up where we left off on your next scheduled day.

Will I be locked into a contract?

We do not use contracts. We are confident that you are going to love using our service and may cancel any time.

Is dog waste good for the environment?

No. Dog waste is dangerous, full of disease and bacteria (not like a plant-based manure), and doesn’t go away. It will stay formed through the elements, waiting to be extracted from your yard.
